- No Return & No Exchange
All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the package and product. We will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution, as applicable.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests or reasons covered by our no-return policy. However, refunds or other remedies may be provided for verified issues or where required under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests are not accepted as we begin preparing handmade products with care and dedicate time and materials to each order. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. This policy does not override any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
