- Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Since our products are handmade, larger orders, bulk orders, or orders containing multiple pieces may require additional preparation time. Thank you for your patience while we carefully craft your jewellery.
- Shipping & Delivery
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared wherever available so you can follow your shipment.
- Shipping Address
Please provide the correct shipping address, PIN code and contact number when placing your order. Petalya is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Payment Policy
Currently, Petalya accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
